one thousand six hundred Tracks
DoKashiteru
(The name is misleading - there AREN’T actually 1,600 tracks here!) For this one, I’m uploading the various samples and tracks that I used for this song; the main melody is by Benjamin Torrey, so any use of this song should credit both him and Do Kashiteru. Thanks - I hope you all enjoy!
The song format here is, with times showing the end of each section:
intro (bar 11, 0:24)
A (bar 19, 0:44)
B (bar 27, 1:04)
A (bar 35, 1:24)
C (bar 59, 2:23)
transition (bar 63, 2:33)
A (2x) (end of song)
FILES:
1. one thousand six hundred.mp3 (full mix)
2. Lead.zip (Lead synth. The intro and A section are the same, and the B and C sections are indicated)
3. Doubler.zip (A synth that doubles the lead in almost every section. Sections are indicated - it comes in only when the main lead does)
4. Third lead.zip (The high-frequency synth near the end of the C section)
5. Drums.zip (The DRUMS! Including those odd little clicking noises!)
6. Pad.zip (The pad that comes in during the C section and quietly in the last A section.)
7. Stompp Bass.zip (The repeating octave bass from the beginning that continues throughout much of the song; sections are indicated)
8. Noise.mp3 (a sample of the synthesized “wheeeeeeeew” noise that fits into the background of much of the piece)
9. Rhodes stings.mp3 (The quiet, high Rhodes accents from the A sections)
10. one thousand six hundred.rns (For those of you with Reason 4 - the .rns file! The only outside Refill I use is one of the Stompp Box refills that you can find for free on propellerheads.se)
This took a while to do, slicing out parts, but it was fun! If this goes over well, I may do the same process with other songs - any suggestions?
