Living in the madness of another time and place
Where all the ways of being are nearly senseless
Being what always was and yet never happened
Such is the trial of those with greater wisdom
In a land bound to destroy itself before long

When comes one to the revelation
That every time and place has its ending
And every way of being is but delusion
Then arrives one at a place of higher knowing
Which portends transcendence to the all

Coming back time and again to start anew
Living in delusion until time passes over
Tis the penalty of blindly doing human life
Whereas finally seeing truth sets the spirit free
