Ghosts Of Lees
Kaer Trouz
I have sort of been off the music wagon, so to speak, for a few years now, which is a huge bummer but I am not in control of it. This is the sort of sordid, plain little Christmas number that anyone wold want to get on a playlist to liven up a holiday party (or clear a room). Lees are the dead yeast cells left over after wine has fermented, if anyone is curious.
V1:
I am you
and you are me
we trade stories for bodies
the darkness comes
we don’t sleep
my night friend
C:
tender fragments
talk of coasts
I am the one you (want/love) the most (or you’re the one I want/love the most)
we shouldn’t be here
drinking ghosts of lees
V2:
I am you
and you are me
I’ll trade stories for bodies
will it burst
and ruin everything
my night friend
