So I won’t pretend this was easy. `Two households, both alike in dignity’ was a phrase I kept thinking of .

However after pondering many of the available samples for a day or so, I sat down for a workmanlike hour to make what is the foundation of this mix.

Intending to leave it as a pared down soundscape, I kept hearing some very Euro themes in my head and so developed it. Wanting then to add some authentic French vocals, I searched the vaults, but nothing came up that said what the track was now saying to me and what I wanted to say.

So I wrote a short poem, put it into Google translate, converted that into French then recorded the output. I cut that up and put in the track.

As each site translated it differently, I added an English Chant just to be sure. Then on the final day on the final hour, I went all rock vocal on it.

Apologies if the French is not exact, as each site seemed to offer a variant on the words and their delivery.
