Sinead O’Connor was more than a singer and writer of songs. She was one of those precious people who could take the music and make it a personal experience for each and every listener. Her views on the state of the world were well known and she never shied away from exposing her own vulnerability in sharing them. She was a fragile soul whose life was shadowed by demons and personal problems but through it all she still held the light to help us get through our own difficulties. Now she has left us and the world is a poorer place with her passing.
