Vocal stems from my secret mixter remix of State Shirt. I wrote these lyrics in honor of ccMixter’s 10th anniversary, but that the feeling behind it expands beyond the ccMixter community. Music is such a powerful force. It has motivated, inspired, and comforted me throughout my life. Through music, I have connected with others in profoundly moving ways.

Because I love ccMixter, and until I can’t do it anymore, I will continue the remix challenge in support of ccMixter so that I will donate $5 to ccMixter anytime this track is remixed — even beyond the end date of the fundraiser.

There are a dozen vocal tracks because I doubled each part. It’s kind of a crazy amount. Oh well — that’s how I roll. Stems are dry. And I apologize for some clunky cuts in the comped parts.
