For this I used a rather trance-ey sounding drumbeat coupled with equally trance-ey synths. The vocals didn’t quite come out as I’d hoped. They sound like he’s talking over a telephone, which adds to the theme a little bit, though. I’d say the melody gives off the feeling of complete despair and hopelessness. Like the inevitable is arriving.
