Different from the hero of the story (Buster Keaton: General) the lyrics by Radioontheshelf indicates that the heart of loved one is not in the area on reach.
So I tried a few references here.

The steam sound (in the beginning) could be Buster’s Locomotive (named General).
Different from Buster in the movie, the protagonist in this track can’t win the heart from his loved one. “Incisive” is what I understand from the lyrics.
Therefore I selected the saw plant sound.
