Without thinking, I cut the magnetic tape into 4/4, 73beat/minute slices. I didn’t realize what I had done until I had ran the tape through the feedback chambers and mechanical rearrangers. By then, of course, it was too late. So that’s how and why I turned colab’s “Lost in 3/4” into a 4/4 NYC-style underground jam. It turned out very quiet so turn your soundsystem up.
