Steady Dream

I pulled DoKashiteru for this assignment, which was both a blessing and a curse. There was plenty of great material to work with, but where to even begin? And how to add anything to already great stuff?
I finally decided that I wanted to focus on just a certain small aspect of DoKashiteru’s work, namely their great piano/keyboard stuff. I also decided that I didn’t want to touch anything instrumentally, so I actually didn’t play anything on this track (though I did sing a few vocal oohs and aahs in the background).
So I ended up with this mashup that’s basically “The Greatest Piano Hits of DoKashiteru” with some added vocals courtesy of Anomaly Jonez to bring it to life. I hope she forgives me for taking quite a few creative liberties with her vocals. :)
Enjoy! Constructive criticism is always welcome.
