Here I was trying to get some of the high-energy, fat-beat feel i got from one of my Le Tigre / Dixie Chick mixes, but with the ccmixter style grooves. I was getting restless from the slow and steady beats from the other tunes I’m working on at the moment.

Apologies to Shannon for what I’ve done with some of her vocals, but it felt like the right thing to do at that point in the track :)
