Presented in glorious, low-quality mono!

I basically re-recorded my original mix through a microcassette recorder, then back into the computer, added some eq and compression, and voila! A grittier and somewhat aged sounding version of the existing track.

I threw in a few tricks while I was at it, like shaking the tape recorder to get the wow/flutter vibrato effect, and I added a loop of chirping birds.

I personally think the percussion sounds better in this one.
