A fun little dreampop tune.

The initial idea was to use D as a pedal point, and throw some increaingly spicy chords on top of it, and the idea sort of morphed into this dense harmony. This then needed to be simplified for the solo, and thus the structure of the song was born.

So there are power chords wearing triads like hats, and that’s where the name comes from, though I’m sure it’s not as complicated as I’m making it sound.
