This was a quick one… I did watch two tutorials in the last days. One was about how to make melodic deep house. The other one about how to make acid house bassline.

I combined both of them… Interestingly some kicks and hats from Apoxode’s Lofi Sound Pack had the perfect sound for what I was unknowling looking for. Added some claps from Ghosthack (awesome site for free material!). Since I was alreads playing with SackJo22’s vocals “Not yet crossing” I tried wether they fit - and they did.

As usual I found a quite sharp hiss in the pella (crossing) and decided to use it as an additional hihat. The break felt a little empty and I thaught waves would be nice - welcome “Kauai Rain Ocean Birds” by Snowflake. Part of the sample were useful as a heavy modified clap like echo.

Of course there is a loooooot of filtering. And my beloved Moog Motherfogger MF-101S if playing an important part. :)

So time to put on your dancing shoes!
