I struggled with this one- tried to pair a bass line that, no matter what I did, just would not merge with Bill Ray’s enthusiastic drumming. It was supposed to be a slapped together, loose jam for Fat Tuesday. I gave myself two weeks to finish it. Three months later, this’ll have to do ‘cause I’m done.
