Alex Beroza is a musical master. His mixes are always clear, with perfect arrangements, the best sounds, and delicious hooks that don’t let go. Listening through his library of works overwhelmed me at first. Alex is great about uploading stems to his mixes and I found two of his tracks of the same tempo and similar keys, and started chopping, cutting, and shuffling around. At first I thought this was going to be an instrumental, but then I started hearing a melody and words in my head.

As I wrote the lyrics to this song, I dove deeply into my ccMixter experience. I consider this track my “Love Song for ccMixter” — and all of the words describe how I feel creating with everyone here.
