I read the idea for the secret mixer when I signed up, but unfortunately not again thereafter. And when I got the assignment, I was so awestruck at the idea of remixing Mykleanthony, the voice is so strong and emotional and the harmonies way beyond my abilities and I just forgot to read up on what I was supposed to be aiming for.
I was struck by the Sadness pell, and in this mix I wanted to really bring that voice to the fore. I converted the backing vocal to MIDI and sent this direct to the steam synth as is. This, and two bass synths which I added, gave me the backing for the vocal,

And that fantastic voice is Mykleanthony !
