This is a stripped out version of Josh Woodward’s superb work “Let It In”. I’ve gone for a Beatlesque sixties style with pseudo-stereo as on a lot of recordings from that era were retrospectively remixed to as stereo became widespread. Software used is Cubase VST32 and T-Trax 24, no additional plug ins used.
The mix uses just piano, bass and drums as backing, in the way a live jazz trio would. It is an excellent song and recording , so I felt inclined to try and make a “power acoustic” subtracting rather than adding. Enjoy!
