Temptation (Mark n Twig's extended eighties edit) inc vocal / instrumental
stellarartwars
Top 80’s retro remixer Mark Anthony http://soundcloud.com/marka... tackles the Temptation pella from talented young starlet Lauren Ross.
Sort of in the style of acts like Princess / Eternal and early Mariah Carey / Brilliant . And features music inspired by Mike Stock and Matt Aitken, and their probable sockpuppets Charles and Wilson (much more “soul” isn’t it just?)
In addition:
Eliot Kennedy was a top dude back in the 90’s/00’s, working with the Spice Girls, Boyzone etc and this track features some additional keyboard work inspired by a genius on a par with George Martin and Phil Spector- look up his work!!
Pm the subject of Kennedy’s mates, I thought the idea of an Absolute/PWL crossover was quite interesting. The PWL fraternity are funny old didges, some of ‘em. I actually got banned from a Stock Aitken Waterman web forum simply because I liked that music for it’s comedy value, whereas most of the rest favoured their pop “straight” - the irony :) It’s like being into wrestling and not being able to talk about it being fixed, or Elvis and believing he is still alive. Where’s the fun in that?
Credits

Mark : Keyboards, Guitars and Linn patterns, mix engineer
Andy : Additional keyboards and session engineer.
